The inspiration for this project came from the idea that this product only works if nature is present, represented by the wood logs used as fuel.

The Tek Lumber wood stove is made of steel pipes that are laser cut and welded together, creating a unique and eye-catching piece. The steel is painted with high temperature paint to ensure durability and longevity. The feet and handle of the stove are made of wood, which can be customized by the client with options such as oak, beech, and cherry.

With dimensions of 540mm wide x 544mm deep x 1002.5mm tall, Tek Lumber is designed to fit seamlessly into any living room. Its sleek and modern design adds a touch of sophistication to any space.

But Tek Lumber is not just about aesthetics. It is equipped with advanced technological features that enhance its performance. The clean glass technology ensures that the glass stays clean during the stove's operation, providing a clear view of the fire. The vermiculite lining inside the stove offers durability, high heating power, low CO2 emissions, and low wood consumption. The double combustion system allows for controlled air injection from two different areas, optimizing the burning process.

The Tek Lumber wood stove project started in October 2014 in Portugal and was completed in July 2015. It was launched at Expobiomasa 2015 in Valladolid, Spain. The designers conducted extensive research on the market and consumer preferences, identifying a need for a wood stove that goes beyond functionality and evokes emotion and storytelling.

This innovative design has been recognized with the prestigious Silver A' Design Award in the Home Appliances category. The Tek Lumber wood stove stood out for its outstanding expertise, innovation, and artistic skill. It brings a sense of wonder and amazement to the world of wood burning stoves.
